I am a Female Hormone Expert, specialising in the field of all hormonal issues for women, whether that is painful & heavy periods, cyclical acne, fibroids, fertility issues, endometriosis, PCOS, PMS, PMDD, perimenopause, menopause and general hormone balancing for weight loss. As I am passionate about the power of nutrition to help with healing the body, I do work with anyone over the age of 18, regardless of diagnosis or medications. I work alongside your health professional to give you the best support possible.

All consultations require a free 15 minute Discovery Call/Health Chat, so we can ensure that working together is the best option for you, discuss your health concerns and decide on the most appropriate package.

There may be times I recommend functional testing when there could be a number of possibilities to the cause. Testing allows certainty to get to the route cause and allow your Nutrition Plan to be targeted correctly for your unique symptoms. Any functional testing advised is at an additional cost to your plan.
Any supplements recommended will be carefully selected and appropriate to your bespoke health goals. These will be professional grade supplements and will be an additional cost to your plan, available at a 10% discount.
Functional testing or supplements can not be included in the price of the plan unfortunately as everyone is unique.
